Fundraising
In order to support our band booster activities for our students, we sponsor many fundraisers throughout the year. There will be NO band booster fee this year, so we ask for your participation and support of our general band fundraisers!
Band Fundraisers - these benefit the entire band program
● LockerWorks - sale of locker shelves (Summer 2025)
● Coffee / Popcorn (Sept 22 - Oct 6, 2025)
● Homecoming Pasta Dinner (Oct. 10, 2025)
● Craft Fair and Pancake Breakfast (Nov. 23, 2025) *Our biggest fundraiser!
● Dining Nights at local Restaurants (hosted throughout the year)
● Spirit Wear Sales (TBD)
● Toast to Education (March 2026)
Individual Fundraisers - these benefit individual student accounts and are all optional (use proceeds to offset your child’s band trip costs). These are the planned fundraisers; additional ones by orchestra or choir may also be available to band students to earn extra money for the upcoming Spring Break 2026 trip to Nashville. Pick and choose the ones that you are most excited about!

● Kwik Trip Car Wash Cards
These cards have 5 Ultimate Car Washes for $36 (regular price is $50). They are an easy, useful card and can be given away as a gift too! Students earn $16 per card sold. See email for order form.
The Ultimate Car Wash includes: Undercarriage Flush, Presoak, High-Pressure Wash or Soft Foam Wash, Triple Shine Vehicle Enhancer/Cleaner, Spot-Free Rinse and 95-Second Super Dry*. *wash amenities vary by location.
Card Sale dates: November 15th-30th. Forms due December 1st to Karla Gruszynski. Please scan or take a picture of your order form and email to kgruszyn@gmail.com (note: money due on pickup, not when forms are sent in).
Product pickup date: December 17th at school from 2:40 to 5:30pm. along with the Fudge Money due at pickup/delivery, cash or checks made out to Eisenhower Band Boosters

● Walnut Grove Mercantile Fudge
This fudge is easy to sell, only $10/box, and they make wonderful gifts for friends, teachers, party hosts, and coworkers around the holidays. Students earn approximately 50% per box for their individual accounts.
If customers would like to have orders direct shipped, they can enter their order online, which is for the Ike Band/Orchestra/Choir only. Product will be directly shipped to customers who use this option (for a fee). All other orders will be delivered to school at no additional fee.
