Fundraising
In order to support our band booster activities for our students, we sponsor many fundraisers throughout the year. There will be NO band booster fee this year, so we ask for your participation and support of our general band fundraisers!
Band Fundraisers - these benefit the entire band program
● LockerWorks - sale of locker shelves (Summer 2025)
Coffee / Popcorn (Sept 22 - Oct 6, 2025) see above
● Homecoming Pasta Dinner (Oct. 10, 2025)
● Craft Fair and Pancake Breakfast (Nov. 23, 2025) *Our biggest fundraiser!
● Dining Nights at local Restaurants (hosted throughout the year)
● Spirit Wear Sales (TBD)
● Toast to Education (March 2026)
Individual Fundraisers - these benefit individual student accounts and are all optional (use proceeds to offset your child’s band trip costs). These are the planned fundraisers; additional ones by orchestra or choir may also be available to band students to earn extra money for the upcoming Spring Break 2026 trip to Nashville. Pick and choose the ones that you are most excited about!
● RiteBite Butter Braids/Cookie Dough
Students earn $6.50 per Butter Braid sold and $7.75 per Cookie Dough. Order Forms were distributed in class and are due September 30, 2025 and delivery will be in October. (PLEASE NOTE: Money will be due when you pick up the product. Checks payable to Eisenhower Band Boosters.)
