Sections will traditionally arrange their own breakfast or lunch either at restaurant or someone's house.

Spectator Information (tickets, bag policy, etc)

• 9:00am - Load Truck @ IKE (NOT for everyone, helpers should know who they are, if unsure, please email Kujawa)

• 2:45pm - Call Time @ IKE (except Game of Tiaras families)

• 3:00pm - Final Rehearsal / Run Through

• 3:30pm - Load / Snack / Bathrooms

• 4:30pm - Depart IKE

  • we will wait for Game of Tiaras families before departing

  • DON'T FORGET YOUR DIRECTOR, KUJAWA WILL GIVE A THUMBS UP AND VERBAL "GO" BEFORE DEPARTING!!!

• 5:30pm - Arrive UW-Whitewater

• 5:15pm - Bathrooms / Dinner

• 6:00pm - Change into Uniform

• 6:30pm - Bathrooms / Water by Buses

• 7:00pm - Head to Practice Field

• 7:10pm - Warm-Up (Practice Field)

• 7:40pm - Depart Practice Field

• 7:45pm - At Gate

• 8:00pm Performance time

Competition Travel Form (if you are not taking bus) please also email Mr. Kujawa

*** If you do leave early, please rejoin us at IKE later to help unload around midnight. When people leave early, we have less hands to help unload at the end of the night. Many hands make light work.

• 8:30pm - Return to Buses / Change / Load

• 8:45pm - Watch other Bands (Schedule)

• Concession Menu - due to our later performance time, concessions might be closed by the time we change, pack up, and return to the stadium. We will feed you earlier in the day. It may be wise to also pack some snacks for the day. No nuts!!

• 9:45pm - Drum Majors change (or might be easier to stay in uniform after performance)

• 10:00pm - Drum Majors Line Up 

• 10:15pm - Awards

• 11:00pm - Return to Buses / Attendance

• 11:15pm - Depart UW-Whitewater (approximate)

• midnight - Arrive IKE (approximate), unload
